International: Letters arrive in as little as a few days to a week from mailing date.

Every story we send is chosen and crafted with care, meant to be an experience you’ll treasure. If, after the first two letters—or within 30 days—you feel the journey isn’t for you, simply let us know. We’ll return your payment, no questions asked.*

Our storyletters are designed to be experienced in order—each one a chapter you can hold in your hands. If any letter arrives late, goes missing, suffers damage, or never reaches you at all, simply let us know. We will send a replacement at no cost, so your story remains unbroken.

A: We have a generous 100% receipt policy. We will resend any letter that doesn't arrive within a timely manner so you can experience the entire story.
Q: Are these trackable?A: Your first letter will include tracking(US). Subsequent letters will ship free but will not have tracking available.
