Shipping Policy

We utilize multiple carriers to deliver packages within the United States and internationally.

• Letters: Ship within 1–3 business days of your order date.

• All other products: Ship within 3–5 business days after payment is verified and processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

When your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the shipping carrier and tracking number (exceptions noted for international letters).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, shipping method, and distance from our warehouse.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided in the automated order confirmation email sent to the email address on file, except where excluded for international Letter #1 shipments.
